Before you send back your Pashmina Shawl or Stole, we encourage you to take a moment to recognize the skill and artistry that goes into creating our products. Most of our pieces are handmade by skilled artisans in Jammu & Kashmir, ensuring that each item is one-of-a-kind. Before being shipped out, all our products go through a comprehensive quality assurance procedure. We provide exchanges only for items of the same or higher value in situations where there is damage during transit or if the product does not align with the customer’s individual preferences.
Please note that exchanges and returns/cancellations are not applicable for products delivered outside of India. In the event of damage during international shipping, we regret any inconvenience caused. Despite our best efforts, situations like these may occur due to customs inspections, even if the package was meticulously packed. Rest assured, we will strive to provide the best possible solution for any concerns you may have regarding your product or delivery.
For exchanges (valid only for shipments within India), please follow these steps:
1.Notify us within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order by emailing support@landofpashmina.com with live images of the product in its original packaging and a valid reason for exchange.
2. Include your name, contact number, address, and order number in the email.
3. Ship the product back to us the same day or the next day after exchange confirmation, providing valid tracking details/docket ID with the dispatch date.
4. Carefully pack the product in its original packaging with all accompanying items received at the time of delivery.
5. Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping charges for returns.
6. Once the product reaches our head office, it will undergo a quality check. A credit note will be issued, which can be used to make a purchase within 1 year of the exchange. Please note that shipping charges for the new product selected for exchange will be waived.

All international orders are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or charges incurred.
