Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges for products of equal or greater value in the following circumstances:
- Size discrepancies
- Transit damages
- Dissatisfaction with the product (subject to terms)
Non-Exchangeable Items:
For hygiene reasons, nose rings or nose pins cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
Custom Orders:
Customized and fine silver made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange or return.
International Orders:
Returns and exchanges are applicable only for shipments within India. International orders are non-refundable, and any custom duties or charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Procedure for Exchange (Applicable for Shipments within India):
1. Inform us within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing us at support@landofpashmina.com. Include live images of the product with original packaging and a genuine reason for exchange.
2. Provide your name, contact number, address, and order number in the email.
3. Ship the product back to us the same or next day after receiving confirmation of exchange, and provide valid tracking details or docket ID with the dispatch date mentioned.
4. Pack the product carefully in its original packaging, including all accompanying items received during delivery, along with bubble wrap.
5. The customer is responsible for bearing the shipping charges for the return.
6. Once we receive the product at our head office, it will undergo a quality check. A credit note will be issued, which can be used for a purchase within one year of exchange. Please note that shipping charges for the new product picked in exchange will be waived.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer monetary refunds. Merchandise bought on discount or under promotional offers/sales cannot be exchanged or returned.
